Pranayama & Meditation

Relaxation, pranayama and meditation workshop.
In the Indian tradition, it is said that the mind is like the breath, so if we are able to control breathing, then we will be able to calm our emotions and mind. The purpose of this workshop is to achieve calm, through control techniques breathing called «pranayama».
This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to learn to relax and connect with inner silence.

Therapeutic Yoga

Yoga classes open to anyone. People with body aches, neck pain, migraines, spinal problems, pregnant women, etc

Power Yoga

These classes do not require experience, but they do require a healthy body. Contraindicated for people suffering from hypertension, severe pain, pregnant women, hernias, etc.

Meditation Yogi

Yogi meditation techniques to learn to calm the mind.
Meditation has great benefits on your feelings. It improves emotional health and happiness, increases personal awareness, and empowers emotional intelligence and empathy. In addition, it is very good to enhance memory, and reduce stress, anxiety, depression and blood pressure.

Healing

With this workshops we learn to connect with the Universal vital energy and heal our interior. It helps you to achieve more awareness about your energy body, clean your aura, and flow in harmony with the environment.
Each workshop is different. Sometimes we face personal situations to improve your wellness. Other times, we work with your family tree to heal the generations of your lineage. In addition, you learn to work with the energy of stones or gems.
It does not require any preparation or prior knowledge. You only need to live the experience.
